GPS Tracking Device Agreement

This agreement outlines the terms and conditions regarding GPS tracking devices installed on vehicles financed through 36 Auto.

1. Tracking Device Installation

Vehicles financed through 36 Auto may be equipped with a GPS tracking device to help protect the Dealer’s financial interest.

2. Device Placement & Visibility

Customers acknowledge that the tracking device may be visible and connected through the vehicle’s OBD port or another approved installation location.

3. No Tampering or Removal

Customers agree not to remove, disconnect, alter, damage, or tamper with the tracking device while any outstanding balance remains on the account.

4. Condition of Financing

Maintaining the GPS tracking device in proper working condition is a required condition of in-house financing.

5. Consequences of Tampering

Unauthorized tampering, removal, or interference with the device may constitute default under the financing agreement and may result in additional fees, collection actions, or repossession proceedings where permitted by law.

6. Removal of Device

The tracking device may only be removed by Dealer after the vehicle has been paid in full and title obligations have been satisfied.

Acknowledgment

By utilizing financing services through 36 Auto, customers acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this GPS Tracking Device Agreement.
