Vehicle Sourcing Authorization Agreement
This Vehicle Sourcing Authorization Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms and conditions for vehicle sourcing services provided by 36 Auto (“Dealer”).
1. Scope of Services
Dealer may source and locate vehicles on behalf of customers based on requested criteria, including vehicle type, make, model, year range, mileage, and general condition preferences.
2. Budget Authorization
Vehicle sourcing services are conducted within a customer-approved budget range. Customers acknowledge that market conditions, vehicle availability, and pricing may impact available options and final selections.
3. Non-Refundable Sourcing Fee
A non-refundable vehicle sourcing fee of $350.00 is required prior to the commencement of sourcing activities.
The sourcing fee compensates Dealer for time, expertise, research, administrative efforts, and access to dealer and auction marketplaces. The fee is considered earned upon commencement of sourcing services regardless of whether a vehicle is ultimately purchased.
4. Sourcing Window
Dealer may take up to thirty (30) calendar days from receipt of the sourcing fee to locate and present vehicle options.
If no vehicle is selected within the sourcing period, the sourcing process may expire unless otherwise extended by mutual agreement.
5. Vehicle Condition & AS-IS Acknowledgment
Vehicles sourced through third-party sellers, dealerships, wholesalers, or auctions are sold in “AS-IS” condition unless otherwise stated in writing.
Dealer makes no guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the vehicle’s mechanical, electrical, cosmetic, structural, or operational condition.
Customers acknowledge and accept all risks associated with the purchase of sourced vehicles upon final sale.
6. Approval of Vehicle
Dealer may present available vehicle options for customer review prior to acquisition. Approval of a selected vehicle authorizes Dealer to proceed with acquisition efforts on the customer’s behalf.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia.
8. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the complete understanding regarding vehicle sourcing services provided by 36 Auto.
