This Payment Schedule Agreement outlines the payment terms and obligations between 36 Auto (“Dealer”) and its customers.

All payments are required to be made timely and in full according to the agreed payment schedule. Failure to comply with the payment terms may constitute default under the financing agreement and may result in repossession proceedings or other remedies permitted by law.

This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia.
