At 36 Auto, timely payments are important to maintaining your account in good standing.

In accordance with Georgia law, a payment will be considered late if it is not received within five (5) calendar days of the scheduled due date.

Please note that late fees may be assessed in addition to the scheduled payment amount. Late fees do not replace or excuse the obligation to make payments on time.

Repeated late payments exceeding sixty (60) days past due may constitute a default under the terms of your agreement and could result in repossession proceedings.
